These terms apply to your use of the Southside Better Roofs website and any quote, survey or installation service we provide. By using this site or engaging us you agree to these terms.

3. Quotes and pricing

All conservatory roof replacements start from £6,000 fully fitted. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the information you give us at survey. Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was agreed.

4. Orders and contract

A binding contract is formed when you sign our written quotation or pay a deposit. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day right to cancel from the day the contract is formed. If you ask us to start work within that period and later cancel, you may be charged for work already done.

5. Our work

We carry out works using the SupaLite™ warm-roof system and associated materials. We will use reasonable skill and care, work to current building regulations, and tidy up at the end of each day. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by weather or supplier availability.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are: a deposit on order, an interim payment on delivery of materials, and the balance on completion. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

7. Guarantee

All installations are covered by our 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. The guarantee covers the roof system and our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by storms, accidents, third-party works or normal wear of consumables.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any single claim is limited to the price paid for the works.

9. Use of the website

All content (text, images, logos) is owned by Southside Better Roofs or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use but must not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
