A simple, considered approach.
Cladding as part of a warm-roof project
Most of our cladding work is fitted alongside a SupaLite warm-roof conservatory replacement. When the old polycarbonate or glass roof comes off and a new insulated tiled roof goes on, the gable end, side walls and fascias often need finishing to give a clean, weather-tight, low-maintenance finish that matches the new roof.
We use composite weatherboard and PVC cladding systems — chosen to match your tile colour and your existing house finish — fitted by the same crew that installs your roof. No subcontractors, no second team turning up a week later.
Why most older conservatory roofs stop working.
Almost every project we visit starts with the same set of complaints.
Too hot in summer
Glass and polycarbonate roofs trap solar heat and make the room unusable.
Too cold in winter
Poor insulation lets warmth escape and pushes up your heating bills.
Leaks & condensation
Aging seals and single-skin roofs let damp in and cause recurring leaks.
Loud during rain
Thin roof materials amplify noise so the room never feels settled.
Why cladding matters on a warm-roof project
When a warm roof goes on, the existing fascias, soffits and gable infill above the conservatory often look tired by comparison — yellowed PVC, flaking paint, lifting lead trims. Leaving them in place undermines the finish of the new roof and creates new failure points where water can track behind the structure. Replacing them as part of the install means everything ages together and there's a single guarantee covering the whole edge.
A complete insulated warm-roof system.
Engineered to building-reg standards and finished beautifully inside and out.
What we fit cladding for
- Gable infill panels — where a warm roof meets a gable wall, the infill above the windows gets clad to seal and finish the elevation.
- External side-wall cladding — on conservatories built against rendered or pebble-dash walls that need tidying up.
- Fascias, soffits & bargeboards — replaced as part of the new roof so the whole edge looks consistent.
- Lead flashing alternatives — composite trims where stone or render work makes traditional lead flashing impractical.

What does it cost?
Honest, typical price ranges so you can plan with confidence — every quote is bespoke after a free home survey.
Cladding pricing
Cladding is priced as part of your overall warm-roof quote rather than as a separate fixed-rate service. Typical add-on costs:
- Gable infill panel — typically £450–£950 depending on size and access.
- Side-wall cladding — typically £80–£140 per linear metre, fitted.
- Fascias & soffits — typically £35–£65 per linear metre, fitted.
Every quote is bespoke after a free home survey — we measure, agree the finish, and confirm the price before any work starts.
Why our warm roof outperforms a traditional conservatory.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you still fit cladding alongside conservatory roofs?+
Our core service is conservatory roof replacement using the SupaLite™ warm-roof system. Cladding is fitted as part of a warm-roof project where the gable end, side walls or fascias need finishing to match — that's where we add the most value. We don't currently offer cladding as a stand-alone whole-house service.
What cladding material do you use on warm-roof projects?+
For gable infill panels, fascias and external finishing on a SupaLite warm roof we use composite weatherboard and PVC cladding systems chosen to match your tile colour and existing house finish. These are low-maintenance, UV-stable and carry long manufacturer guarantees.
I just want cladding on my house — can you help?+
If your project is a full external cladding job — every wall on a domestic house — we'd recommend looking for a dedicated cladding specialist. We focus on conservatory roof replacements and the cladding work that goes with them. If you're not sure, give us a call on 07703 607365 and we'll let you know honestly whether it's something we can take on.
Where do you cover for cladding work?+
The same areas as our conservatory roof work — Plymouth, Devon and east Cornwall (PL1–PL21, plus Saltash, Torpoint, Callington and surrounding villages). See our area pages for full coverage details.
