Is the price the same on the Cornish side?+
There's no Cornish-side premium and no bridge toll surcharge for Saltash, Torpoint, Callington or Liskeard — pricing matches our standard Plymouth pricing. For longer journeys (Looe, Polperro, Lostwithiel) there may be a small honest distance contribution to cover travel, which we'll discuss openly at quote stage. Never a hidden charge added later.
How quickly can you survey my Cornish conservatory?+

Yes — almost all warm-roof replacements need Building Regulations sign-off because they change the thermal envelope. Cornwall is covered by Cornwall Council; we handle the application, the inspector's visit and the final certificate on your behalf, so you end up with the proper paperwork at no extra effort.
How does Cornwall's climate affect the spec?+
Cornwall is wetter, windier and more exposed than much of England, particularly along the south coast and the higher ground. We use heavier-spec lead flashing, coastal-spec stainless and zinc-coated fixings throughout, and detail the install for wind-driven rain.
