• To carry out conservatory roof works you have asked us to do

• To honour our 10-year insurance-backed guarantee
• To improve our website and services
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit an enquiry), to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests in providing and improving our services.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted suppliers who help us deliver our service (for example our SupaLite™ system supplier, scaffolding partners, or insurance-backed guarantee provider), or where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months. Customer project records are kept for the lifetime of your guarantee plus 7 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements.
