Panels, lining or a full warm roof?
Start with the condition of your existing roof. An internal lining changes the surface inside the room; it does not itself replace failed external panels, flashing or seals. If those are failing, insulating underneath them is not a substitute for addressing water ingress.

Heat loss, condensation and the existing frame
Published SupaLite specifications on our site describe U-values of 0.15–0.18 W/m²K; the specification for your roof is confirmed in the quote. A lower U-value means less heat transfer through that element, not a guaranteed whole-home saving. Windows, frames, walls, ventilation and heating also matter.

What does an insulated replacement include?
Survey and structural assessment, scaffolding, removal and disposal of the old roof, the SupaLite system and lightweight tiles, flashing, gutters and downpipes, plastered internal ceiling and Building Regulations application and sign-off. Your fixed written quote confirms the chosen finish, roof windows and any separately needed frame work.
