Durasid is the perfect solution for any property owner that wants a low-maintenance solution. Once installed, all you need to do is keep it clean using a sponge or cloth. You can also pressure wash the Durasid product with a maximum pressure of 80 bar as long as you keep the water nozzle at least half a metre away from the material.
When cleaning Durasid, you don’t need to use chemicals to get it clean and should never use any harsh solvents of substances as they can damage the material. If you find that there is a grease or oil mark on the cladding then simply using a diluted mix of your washing up detergent should resolve the problem with ease.
It’s also important to complete visual checks of your Durasid product on an annual basis to ensure that there is no damage that needs to be checked out. If you do have any issues that need to be solved or you want further maintenance advice then the Plymouth Cladding team will be happy to help.
