Simon and his team are outstanding, we had a few quotes from different companies offering the same or similar replacement roofs for our conservatory, However Simon listened to our requirements and after a site visit recommended replacing our platic lean too style roof with a guardian Edwardian style thermal roof. We discussed options and styles and colours and he gave us a quote and a provisional fitting date. The team turned up as agreed and completed the whole fit in two days immediately followed by plasterer and electricians. All this is backed up with local building regulation certification and compliance.Thanks you so much we are so happy with our new replacement conservatory roof. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Simon and his team. 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish. We have just had our old leaking conservatory roof replaced by Southside Better Roofs and the team have done a superb job.Simon was very helpful from our first meeting, through to completion of the project. He gave clear advice and kept us informed throughout the installation.The team did a fantastic job, installing a new strong roof frame. Which was fully insulated internally. We had one of the walls bricked up, and again the chaps made sure this was insulated to avoid any cold spots.The roof was finished with slate style tiles and blends beautifully with the original tiles on the main house. The plastered ceiling and wall were again, completed to the highest standard.Simon suggested early on, we could include an oak tie beam to add visual character to the room. We sourced and bought a lovely oak beam and the team fitted this at no extra cost! the chaps were meticulous in building this into the internal structure and It looks absolutely stunning, transforming the room.As a former engineer, I really appreciated the high level of workmanship, attention to detail, and the use of quality materials. Also, the team are real decent group of chaps. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home.A huge thank you to Simon, Mark, Matt, Cody, and George.

Simon and his team did a great job on installing a warm roof on our rather cold conservatory. Fortunately the weather was on our side and the job was completed within two days. Simon and the team where Brilliant, Profession, Polite, respectful and did everything thing they said they would. I had a new solid Guardian roof fitted to the conservatory. We were thinking of changing our polycarbonate conservatory roof as it felt too hot in the summer and a little chilly in the winter, the usual problems associated with a standard conservatory roof. After a walk one sunny day we passed a conservatory with a Guardian Warm Roof which looked really neat and decided to knock and ask the owner who fitted it! Without hesitation he recommended Simon Daniel of Southside Better Roofs. We contacted him, he came out and gave us a quote which was realistic but competitive and included buildings regs a nice bonus! The whole team arrived on the agreed date and they ALL worked incredibly hard and had all the up to date equipment needed to complete the job. They applied a waterproof sheet and coverings to minimise the dirt and completed the job in around 3-4 days as the conservatory is quite big! I would definitely recommend Simon and his team who worked non stop with very few tea/coffee breaks as they wanted to get the job done to a high standard! He is a recommended installer for the Guardian Warm Roof which says it all. A brilliant job and a friendly hardworking team

I can thoroughly recommend Southside Better Roof. Simon and his team are professional, polite and never pushy. The work was started when we were told it would be and in 2.5 days all done. The Guardian roofing system Simon uses is nationally approved by Local Authority Building Control and gives a solid, well insulated vaulted roof, with minimal mess.
